Schedule:

PM shift, Wednesday through Saturday 12:30pm to 1:00am

* Job Summary:

** We are seeking a reliable, professional, and safety-conscious Van Driver to provide secure and timely transportation for authorized employees. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a strict schedule, ensuring vehicle safety and cleanliness, and representing the company with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
** Job Functions and Responsibilities:
*** Pick up and drop off authorized employees at designated locations, strictly adhering to planned routes and time schedules.
* Obey all local, state, and federal traffic laws and transit regulations at all times.
* Follow established procedures to ensure absolute passenger safety during transit.
* Maintain full charge of the vehicle during operation. Manage passenger conduct professionally and report any unmanageable employee behavior directly to Human Resources.
* Check the vehicle daily for operating safety, performing basic checks on tires, lights, fluid levels (oil, coolant, etc.), and overall functionality.
* Keep the vehicle clean, orderly, and presentable to both staff and the public.
* Promptly notify HR or the Payroll Manager of any mechanical malfunctions, required repairs, or safety hazards.
* Report all accidents, near-misses, or property damage to HR or the Safety Officer immediately, following company reporting protocols.
* Display the highest level of ethical and professional behavior when interacting with employees, visitors, and outside agencies.
* Serve as a positive representative of the company by maintaining an effective work ethic, appropriate attire, and a professional demeanor.
* Participate in required company meetings, in-service training, and safety workshop programs.
* Perform other operational duties as assigned.

* Qualifications:

*** Hold and maintain a valid North Dakota Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no serious moving violations).
* Minimum of three (3) years of safe, verifiable driving experience.
* Ability to attend a company-sponsored Defensive Driving class within the first 90 days of employment and maintain active certification.
* Sufficient mechanical aptitude to identify minor vehicle issues, perform basic troubleshooting, and describe problems accurately to maintenance staff.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English (both orally and in writing) using proper grammar and vocabulary.
* Ability to work within a scheduled shift while remaining accessible by phone or text message according to guidelines outlined by HR.
* Demonstrated reliability, strong moral character, self-initiative, and excellent integrity.## Qualifications

Physical Requirements:

** 1. Must be able to sit, stand, walk, reach, stretch, stoop, and bend for extended periods.
2. Ability to work around ingredients and/or finished products containing food allergens.
3. Must be able to communicate through various channels, including phone calls, text messages, email, face-to-face, and videoconferencing effectively.
