Boost your career with this exciting opportunity. Doherty Staffing Solutions is partnering with a leading bean manufacturing company located in Oakes, ND. We are seeking candidates for Warehouse Tech roles on the 1st shift.
Compensation: $17.50 per hour.
What you will do as a Warehouse Tech:- Load and unload trucks using a forklift and slip sheet attachment.
- Operate automatic bag loading and sewing equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Run the robot to slip sheet, palletize, and wrap the bags.
- Maintain good housekeeping and food safety practices in day-to-day operations, including sweeping and cleaning.
- Demonstrate personal adherence to all prescribed employee and food safety procedures.
- Ability to read a limited number of 2– and 3-syllable words.
- Ability to recognize similarities and differences between words and series of numbers.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions.
- Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
