Signature HealthCARE of Fentress County is seeking a Staff Development Coordinator who is detail oriented with a passion for training and educating stakeholders to provide the best possible resident care.
You will develop in-service education for nursing staff, assess competency, train new staff, and ensure compliance with long-term care regulations. The ideal candidate is an LPN/LVN with CPR certification and at least 3 years of clinical experience, preferably in long-term care.
