Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Chef located in Jaipur. The Technical Chef will design and execute new food recipes and formulations, conduct trials for product innovation, and maintain quality and consistency standards. Responsibilities include collaborating with the product development team, analyzing and testing various ingredients, ensuring customer satisfaction through tailored solutions, and providing technical support to clients.
The role requires active participation in research and development projects and keeping updated with industry trends to continuously improve product offerings.
Qualifications
Culinary expertise including recipe creation, flavor profiling, and food presentation skills
Strong knowledge of food science principles and ingredient functionalities
Experience in product development and conducting culinary trials
Problem-solving, time-management, and an ability to work collaboratively
Strong communication skills to interact with clients and cross-functional teams
Bachelor's degree or a culinary certification in Culinary Arts, Food Science, or a related field
Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations; experience in handling food manufacturing processes is a plus
