Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Key Responsibilities:
Manage CEO's daily schedule, calendar, meetings, and appointments efficiently
Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, and record MOM (Minutes of Meeting)
Act as a communication bridge between CEO, senior management, and external stakeholders
Draft, review, and manage official emails, letters, reports, and presentations for the CEO
Track action points from meetings and ensure timely follow-up and closure
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and strategic discussions
Assist CEO in strategic planning, reviews, and management presentations
Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and summaries for management review
Coordinate with departments to collect data and ensure timely submission to CEO
Handle travel planning, accommodation, and logistics for CEO
Organize board meetings, leadership meetings, and important company events
Maintain proper documentation, filing systems, and record management
Support HR/Admin in coordination tasks as instructed by CEO
Monitor deadlines, priorities, and reminders to ensure smooth workflow
Handle special projects and assignments delegated by the CEO
Required Skills &
Competencies:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to work under pressure with accuracy and discretion
Professional attitude with high integrity and confidentiality
Good coordination and interpersonal skills
Qualification &
Experience:
Graduate / Post-Graduate in Management, Commerce, or relevant field
2–5 years of experience as Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant / Management Assistant
Experience working with senior leadership preferred
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Timely coordination and completion of CEO-related tasks
Accuracy of reports, MOM, and documentation
Effective follow-up and closure of action items
Communication effectiveness with internal and external stakeholders
