Accounting Manager

Accounting Manager Position Located in Janesville Area

A growing, international manufacturing company is looking to add a new Accounting Manager to the team. This position will have the ability to grow out the team as you identify areas needing more support. This will be the top Accounting/Finance professional at this location reporting up to the Global Director. A huge perk is this role can work a hybrid schedule!

• Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition
• Prepare the annual budget and forecasts
• Prepare monthly financial statements and lead close process
• Process payroll, administer benefits, maintain employee records
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years of Accounting/Finance experience in a manufacturing setting
• Some experience with HR tasks such as payroll, benefit admin, onboarding, etc.
• Problem-solving/process improvement mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
