This role reports directly to the CFO and plays a key part in cash management, reconciliations, analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities- Complete and reconcile bank accounts; identify and resolve discrepancies
- Manage cash projections and forecast plant cash flow
- Execute weekly payment processes
- Perform month-end reconciliations and cash journal entries
- Calculate broker commissions and complete reconciliations
- Execute quarterly royalty payments
- Maintain and update intercompany sales tracking
- Participate in year-end inventory processes
- Create, modify, and troubleshoot Excel worksheets and pivot tables to analyze and report findings
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify efficiencies and implement improvements
- Support audit requests as needed
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.
- 3+ years of directly related accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- ERP system experience required
- Excellent quantitative, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently
