Accounting & Payroll Administrator

Tractor Central is North and Western Wisconsin's leader in John Deere agricultural and turf equipment. We are currently accepting applicants for an Accounting and Payroll Administrator for our Bloomer location.

• Strong knowledge of corporate accounting principles including double entry bookkeeping, debits & credits, journal entries, and general ledger management.
• Proficiency in payroll systems such as Payentry, Workday, ADP, Kronos, or similar platforms. (preferred)
• Experience with accounting software like Quick Books, People Soft or equivalent financial tools.
• Ability to perform detailed data entry and account reconciliation accurately.

• Process and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions for multiple dealership locations.
• Prepare journal entries and perform general ledger reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
• Support tax filings related to payroll taxes and other financial obligations.
• Process and maintain whole goods purchase orders and related documentation.
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain financial records.
• Assist with payroll processing and payroll-related data entry.
• Work closely with Human Resources to ensure benefit premiums, company contributions, and employee with holdings are accurately recorded and balanced.
• Maintain confidential employee and financial information.
• Provide administrative and clerical support to the accounting and payroll departments.
