Accounts Payable Specialist

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM or 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

Type: Long-term contract opportunity with potential for permanent hire in 2027

Pay: $25–$28/hour

Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, plus 401(k) eligibility after 90 days

We are partnering with a well-established organization seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their accounting team. This is a great opportunity for someone with AP experience who enjoys a hands-on role, process improvement, and collaborating with internal teams and vendors.

• Manage invoice review, processing, and three-way matching
• Assist with accounting entries and reconciliations
• Support vendor setup and ACH payment processes
• Partner with shipping and procurement teams
• Assist with AP process improvements and automation

• Previous Accounts Payable experience required
• Three-way match experience required
• General accounting experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with multiple teams
