Site Admin Assistant — Part-Time

Temporary Assignment (through April 2027) | Janesville, WI | $21.00/hour

7:30 AM–11:30 AM, Monday–Friday

Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional looking for a part-time role with real variety and purpose? A leading biotechnology company in Janesville, WI is seeking a Site Admin Assistant to cover a leave of absence through the end of April 2027.

In this role, you'll be the administrative backbone of the site — coordinating training compliance, supporting daily operational meetings, managing document control processes, and handling a wide range of employee and site support functions. It's a great fit for someone who enjoys variety, thrives on structure, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

What You'll Do
  • Coordinate site training activities, including assigning Workday trainings, tracking compliance requirements, and verifying completion of mandatory regulatory training
  • Facilitate and moderate daily operational meetings, plant meetings, and communication activities to keep departments aligned and ensure timely follow-up on action items
  • Maintain documentation control processes, including managing document revisions, initiating approval workflows, and monitoring overdue documents within the document control system
  • Administer employee support and administrative programs, including payroll coordination, reimbursement processing, new hire onboarding, and timekeeping verification
  • Manage site administrative operations, including invoices, badge access requests, compliance notifications, office supplies, and correspondence
What You’ll Need
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of administrative, office coordination, or related experience
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
