Morning -Air Host

WNXR and Heartland Communications are looking for a local morning show host. This is a small market, classic hits format, position that really needs someone wanting to connect locally. This could be your first job (we will teach you the ropes) or a fantastic place for a seasoned vet. Make the morning show yours. We are not looking for the next morning zoo, just a good rounded show with a locally minded host.

You would work with a great staff to help add elements and contests. Obviously, there are the typical other duties like production and live broadcasts, but we can discuss this all when you connect with us. Got questions about the position? We'd love to hear them.

We are minutes away from the shore of Lake Superior as well as many inland lakes and Michigan's Upper Peninsula. If you enjoy the outdoors, you will have plenty of opportunities to take advantage of fishing, camping, hiking, hunting, etc...
