Project Manager

We're looking for a Traveling Project Manager to lead construction projects from start to finish. This is a hands-on role managing multiple jobs while keeping everything on track, within budget, and running efficiently.

Projects are primarily industrial and commercial, including dog food plants, bottling facilities, battery plants, and other large-scale, complex builds.

You'll work closely with clients, field teams, and subcontractors to deliver high-quality results and keep projects moving.

Manage projects from preconstruction through completion

Handle estimating and pricing for a high volume of work

Oversee multiple active projects at once

Manage budgets, costs, and overall financial performance

Build and maintain project schedules

Lead project teams including superintendents and field staff

Coordinate with owners, architects, and subcontractors

Manage change orders, progress meetings, and day-to-day issues

Ensure quality, safety, and deadlines are met

Build strong relationships with clients

Degree in construction, engineering, or related field - or equivalent experience

Project management experience in construction (or strong APM ready to step up)

Experience with industrial or large commercial projects is a plus

Ability to manage multiple projects at once

Strong communication and leadership skills

Solid understanding of budgets, schedules, and contracts

Willingness to travel
