Position: Safety Manager (Construction)

We are partnered with a top General Contractor who has a phenomenal reputation in the Wisconsin market, as well as nationally. They are searching for someone who wants to grow with us. The company has a 100‑year history and a strong project pipeline. We are looking to expand our construction team by hiring a Safety Manager to take on key responsibilities.

Salary: $95,000 – $110,000 per year.

Qualifications
  • A minimum of 10+ years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or equivalent certification is preferred.
  • Proven experience in site safety management, incident investigation, and quality management.
  • Comprehensive understanding of local, state, and federal safety regulations.
  • Proficient in using safety inspection tools and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and influence others.
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
