Construction Manager/ Foreman, Site Manager
Tek Com Resources is seeking field-based Construction Supervisors/Coordinators for direct-hire roles with a fast-growing telecom construction firm. We currently have openings in the Janesville, WI area, with additional positions available in the Oshkosh, WI area
. This role oversees Outside Plant (OSP) construction projects supporting a major, nationally active broadband provider — including crew oversight, quality control, and project coordination from pre-project prep through wrap-up. Daily field site visits are required, within 1–2 hours of the assigned market.
- Perform quality control on completed work and ensure crew compliance with company standards
- Support adherence to project schedules; relay updates to management and clients
- Track administrative functions: contractor invoicing, equipment/supply availability, progress documentation
- Enforce internal and external safety protocols on job sites
- Coordinate across teams and departments to see projects through to completion
- 1–3 years of fiber construction experience; fiber splicing experience preferred
- Minimum 6 months of OSP construction experience required
- Experience managing project tracking, financials, and internal/contracted crews
- Strong communication skills for client and management updates
- Willingness to be on-site 5 days/week in either the Janesville or Oshkosh market (not a remote role)
- Must have current work authorization in the U.S. — no visa sponsorship, transfer, OPT, or C2C available
