What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for disability claims, guiding claimants through the claims process
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while managing communications with claimants, financial advisors, and providers
  • Utilize critical thinking to identify and resolve issues throughout the claims lifecycle
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation while adapting to changing processes
  • Collaborate with team members and management to improve claims procedures and enhance the customer experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • High school diploma required
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in the insurance or financial services industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high level of professionalism
  • Strong customer service, analytical, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Outlook, and Excel

  • Post-secondary education or college degree
  • Experience working with clients and their families through challenging situations
  • Self-starter with a proven ability to identify opportunities for continuous process improvement
