Position Overview

As a Substitute Guest Service Representative, you will step in to provide essential support during busy times or staff shortages. Your role will involve delivering excellent customer service, managing guest interactions, and ensuring a seamless experience for visitors at our campus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests and students with warmth and professionalism
  • Answer phone calls and handle inquiries regarding our programs and services
  • Assist in scheduling and confirming appointments for beauty services
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and services rendered
  • Address any guest concerns or feedback promptly and effectively
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive guest experience
  • Support administrative tasks as needed based on the operational requirements of the university

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality or customer service is a bonus
  • Prior experience in customer service or guest-facing roles preferred

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective guest engagement
  • Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM systems is advantageous
  • A positive attitude and willingness to step in and assist when needed
  • Flexible availability based on operational needs, including weekdays, evenings, or weekends

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $14.00 and $15.00/hr actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
