If you enjoy a fast paced customer service role then we’d like you to become part of the GOEX team.

In this role you will be cooperating and coordinating with the administrative, sales, product development and production groups, to facilitate the timely production and delivery of customer orders. Primary duties include, processing customer purchase orders, supporting the GOEX Quality Objectives, reviewing customer specification, confirmation of pricing and credit, creating Bill of Materials and packing specification, generating sales and management order, and track delivery.

Additionally you will, communicate to customers key order information to ensure they are kept current of any changes to original commitments, process customer quotations in cooperation with Accounting, Sales, and the President and facilitate communication with the customer as needed on complaints.

Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

$24.27 per hour

• Associate Degree in Sales/Marketing or related field, or two to three years of relevant experience.
• Customer service experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• A minimum of one year experience as a Customer Service Representative or other position with at least half of the time working directly with customers.
• Excellent organizational, communication, attention to detail and grammar skills.
• Excellent computer and typing skills (a large portion of the position is through emails).
