Mercyhealth Hospital and Trauma Center-Janesville Wisconsin, is currently seeking a Wisconsin licensed, board certified/board eligible, Urologist to join our excellent team! Mercyhealth is a multi-regional, integrated health system comprising 7 hospitals, more than 700 employed physicians, over 80 outpatient clinics and other service sites that provide care to residents in more than 55 communities throughout northern Illinois and southern Wisconsin.

We provide over 125 specialty and sub-specialty services, including adult and pediatric critical care, neonatal intensive care, neurosurgery, heart and vascular care, cancer care, plastic and reconstructive surgery, Da Vinci robotic surgery, Watchman, and much more.

Opportunity:

Adult Urology Clinic

NEW Kidney Care Center opened in 2023

Typical work day/week: (flexible work schedule) oFour clinic days and one OR day per week (may increase with volume)
Average number of cases per clinic/outpatient day: o15-20 patient appointments for procedures/evaluations. Average number of cases per OR days: o4-7 surgical cases.
1:3 Call coverage shared with other urologists

Support team includes four nurses and one mid-level APP that assist with both inpatient and outpatient services. Robotic-assisted surgery available in operating room.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary range $599k-$750k Highly competitive compensation package
