We are seeking a compassionate Family Practice with Obstetrics Physician to join our team.

• 4-day work week
• Full-scope Family Practice with Obstetrics
• Proctoring for C-sections optional
• No ED coverage required
• Specialty interests are encouraged and can be supported including hospitalist shifts, women's health, geriatrics/nursing home rounds, leadership titles, and more
• Supportive team of 4 Family Practice OBs and 3 Family Practice Physicians and 6 Midlevels
• State-of-the-art birthing center just renovated in 2022
• J1 and H1B visa holders can be considered
• HPSA Score of 15 and PSLF eligible site
• Practicing physicians, as well as 2026 and 2027 residents/fellows are encouraged to apply

• Total recruitment package of $608,000
• $200,000 Sign-on bonus
• Residency/Fellowship Stipend
• Comprehensive benefits including PTO, CME stipend, malpractice with tail insurance coverage, 5.5% retirement match
