Compensation

Base Salary: $520,000
Cardiac Stipend: $80,000
Additional Compensation:
Quality bonus

Minimum 8 weeks vacation (with opportunity to increase to 15 weeks depending on call track)

We are seeking a full‑time Anesthesiologist to join a hospital‑employed, collegial, and stable anesthesia team at a Level III Trauma Center. This is a diverse and rewarding practice with strong professional support and the option to tailor your call structure to fit your lifestyle.

• Join a group of 16 full‑time anesthesiologists and 2 CRNAs
• Majority of cases are personally performed
• Work at one hospital location only
• Diverse case mix, including:
  • Healthy pediatrics
  • Low‑volume OB
  • Trauma
  • Neurosurgery
  • Thoracic & vascular
  • Cath lab
  • Gynecology, general surgery, plastics, orthopedics
  • Gastroenterology, oncology, ophthalmology, urology
• Cardiac cases available based on interest and experience
• Fair and equitable group from day one: compensation, vacation, scheduling, and call
• Friendly, collegial environment – team is willing to train a new graduate
• Support staff includes:
  • 2 part‑time anesthesiologists
  • 2 full‑time CRNAs
  • 2 anesthesia technicians

• First Call (In‑House) Track
  • 7 weeks of night call (7pm–7am), 7 days on / 7 days off
  • Includes 7 additional post‑call weeks, effectively increasing total time off significantly
  • Always receive the day off after first call
  • Ideal for candidates seeking maximum vacation time
• Second Call (Backup) Track
  • No in‑house call requirement
  • Approximately 9 second‑call rotations
  • Best suited for those preferring a lighter call burden
