Facilities Engineer

As a Facilities Engineer, you will have the opportunity to:

• Project manage facility and related activities.
• Coordinate implementation of new building and remodeling projects.
• Provide guidance and technical support to the maintenance department and outside contractors.
• Work within established standard design and engineering practices under close guidance.
• Project manage facility and narrow scope projects including contractor monitoring.
• Use communication skills to convey technical information to engineering, operations and management personnel.
• Develop understanding of functions of building management controls and utility equipment.
• Document activities clearly and concisely.
• Provide local operational support with assistance.

• A four-year degree in Civil Engineering or related technical degree.
• Strong project management, organizational and time management skills.
• Strong mechanical and manufacturing safety background.
• Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical and HVAC systems.
• Strong math and communication skills.
• Ability to create and interpret technical documents.
• One year of CAD experience, Solid Works preferred.
• Ability to work as part of a team.

Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
