Plumbing Systems Applications Engineer; Water & Irrigation

Picture your week at Tigre USA: you start by opening a new set of plumbing and irrigation plans. As you navigate the drawings, you spot where our piping systems fit best, quantify the materials to build a value-forward proposal, and note competitors’ specs where we can offer a superior alternative. By midweek, you’re in the field meeting a customer to resolve a technical complaint in person—closing the loop with a thorough analysis and ensuring compliance with consumer protection laws.

Later, you’re back to updating technical guides so the latest standards and lessons learned are reflected across our materials, and you round out the week guest-lecturing at a university session to help future engineers apply products correctly.

• Study plumbing and irrigation projects to position Tigre products, broaden the sales mix, and build quantified, value-based proposals.
• Keep technical documentation current through periodic reviews to continuously improve accuracy and clarity.
• Identify competitor-specified projects via technical analysis and propose equivalent or improved Tigre solutions.
• Evaluate opportunities to assemble hydraulic kits that reduce labor costs and add service value.
• Participate in technical committees, forums, and study groups—shaping best practices and advocating continuous improvement.
• Create and submit technical articles to specialized media, sharing insights that elevate the industry’s know-how.
• Deliver training and technical support to international units to replicate proven procedures and standards.
• Receive, analyze, and resolve customer complaints nationwide through in-person service to drive satisfaction and uphold consumer protection laws.
• Recommend enhancements for existing and new products based on field feedback and observed opportunities.
• Partner with the commercial team, supplying technical data, training, and pre-sales support to unlock new business.
• Train engineers, architects, designers, installers, and students through in-person sessions and university lectures to ensure correct application of Tigre products.
• Provide practical guidance to consumers, resellers, and construction professionals in person and via email to reduce post-sale issues.
• Lead product homologation with relevant authorities to obtain technical validation for specific applications.
• Stay current with the quality management system through review, dissemination, and control of standards.

All activities are carried out in compliance with current laws and company policies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred: Mechanical, Environmental, Civil, Electrical, or Production).
• Postgraduate studies preferred (Civil Construction or Marketing).
