Job Overview

Mechanical Engineer - Process Systems Needed for a fast-growing technology company. This role will prepare and issue design packages, specifications, drawings, test plans, calculations, reports, and quality classification forms for systems such as:

• Off-gas processing systems
• Uranium handling systems
• Waste processing systems
• Liquid tanks, support structures, and interconnecting piping and valves

Salary: $90,000 - $150,000 per year

We are a fast growing and innovative fusion-based technology company that is paving the way for commercialized fusion across multiple applications. We currently employ some of the best and brightest in the space and are looking to continue scaling our operations. We are currently on the search for a Mechanical Engineer - Process Systems to join our team.

• Prepare and issue design packages, specifications, drawings, test plans, calculations, reports, and quality classification forms for systems such as off-gas processing, uranium handling, waste processing, and related piping and structures.

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
• 5+ years of experience in mechanical engineering with specific experience in tank and piping design preferred
• Knowledge of ASME B31.3 Process Piping Code and ASME Tank design
• Experience with AutoCAD Plant 3-D, Solid Works, Auto Pipe
• Experience with fire protection including NFPA 801 is a plus
