Position: Safety Specialist (Construction)

Job Description

This is a permanent Safety Specialist position in the Construction Industry, providing a unique opportunity to learn from industry experts.

Job Details

Salary: $70,000 - $83,000 per year.

Location:

Wisconsin (and national projects). The role will be hosted by Kelly Anne Wight.

We partner with a top General Contractor with a 100+ year history and are seeking a Safety Specialist to grow with the firm and secure work with current and new clients.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar safety role within the construction industry.

Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Engineering, or a related field.

Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or equivalent certification is preferred.

Proven experience in site safety management, incident investigation, and quality management.

Comprehensive understanding of local, state, and federal safety regulations.

Proficient in using safety inspection tools and equipment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and influence others.

Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.

Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
