This position is responsible for leading rigorous factory acceptance testing (FAT) processes, validating that all low and medium-voltage assemblies meet design specifications, industry standards, and customer requirements.

* Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring new or transfer visa sponsorship now or in the future.

* Key Responsibilities:
*** Conduct factory acceptance testing (FAT) on low and medium-voltage switch gear assemblies prior to shipment.
* Develop and execute test plans, procedures, and checklists based on engineering drawings, specifications, and customer requirements.
* Perform electrical and functional testing, including continuity, control circuit verification.
* Identify, document, and troubleshoot defects or non-conformances; work with engineering and production teams to implement corrective actions.
* Review schematics, wiring diagrams, bills of materials, and layout drawings to verify accuracy and completeness.
* Ensure compliance with applicable standards such as UL, IBC, ANSI, IEEE, IEC, and NETA.
* Prepare detailed test reports, inspection records, and quality documentation for internal use and customer review.
* Support production team by addressing technical questions during the build process.
