Overview

Symbria is seeking a dedicated PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our employee‑owned team serving St Elizabeth in a skilled nursing facility role in Janesville, WI. Responsibilities

As a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work closely with the Physical Therapist to establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans. As a member of our interdisciplinary team you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.

Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapist Assistants
  • Valid state license
  • Ability to work flexible hours and weekends
  • Experience in acute care, long‑term care and/or rehabilitation is a plus but not required
