- Work closely with the Physical Therapist to establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans.
- Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation as a member of the interdisciplinary team.
- Help patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community served.
- Graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapist Assistants.
- Hold a valid or pending (for newer graduates) state license.
- Experience in acute care, long‑term care, and/or rehabilitation is a plus but not required.
