This is a full-time, on-site role in Janesville, WI, for a Speech-Language Pathologist - Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). The role involves evaluating, diagnosing, and treating individuals with speech, language, and swallowing disorders. Daily responsibilities include developing personalized therapy plans, implementing intervention techniques, and closely monitoring each client's progress. The candidate will also collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care and improved outcomes.

• Proficiency in Speech Therapy, including evaluation and treatment techniques
• Knowledge and experience in addressing Speech and Language Disorders
• Competence in managing cases related to Dysphagia and Communication Disorders
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients, families, and care teams
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Eligibility for or pursuit of certification through the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) program
• Licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of Wisconsin
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
