Job DutiesThe E-Commerce Data Integrity Administrator is responsible for managing and improving all product-related metadata and marketing data within the e-Commerce team. This role involves ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of product data across digital platforms, supporting various teams such as marketing, merchandising, and IT. The administrator will work with product information management (PIM) systems and other data tools to ensure product metadata is optimized for search, digital marketing, and customer experience.
By maintaining high-quality data, the administrator will help drive improved e-Commerce performance, better product visibility, and increased customer satisfaction.
- Review vendor submitted product data for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with industry best practices
- Ensure all available products are properly activated and visible on the website
- Support optimization of Product Detail Pages (PDPs) for SEO, AEO, and GEO to improve search visibility and conversion
- Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and other internal teams to maintain consistent, high quality product information across all channels
- Assist in ongoing product attribute maintenance, ensuring data is structured, standardized, and up to date
- Review weekly promotions to confirm all featured items are available and correctly represented online
- Uphold data governance standards and contribute to processes that ensure product data consistency and integrity
- Assist in ensuring products are accurately categorized within the web taxonomy to support product findability and navigation
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- One to Two years administrative experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Familiarity with Product Information Management (PIM) Systems and their role in managing product data.
- Knowledge of eCommerce platforms and integration of product data across digital channels.
- Understanding of data governance and best practices for managing product and marketing data.
- Awareness of SEO strategies and how they relate to product metadata for enhanced visibility.
- This role requires: 10% of travel
