Systems Engineer
We are now looking for a Field Applications Engineer! NVIDIA’s AI platforms have already made a major impact in the industry, being widely used across leading academic institutions, start‐ups, and enterprise companies. Responsibilities- Provide onsite support for large datacenter deployments of NVIDIA AI solutions.
- Resolve complex hardware and deployment issues.
- Act as a technical specialist on GPU and networking products, directly supporting sales account managers and working closely with the team to deliver outstanding AI datacenter solutions.
- Actively establish technical relationships with customers’ engineers, management, and architects at focus accounts.
- Identify customer architectures and key product requirements in the enterprise AI market.
- Provide technical and sales training to the direct sales team and channel partners.
- Establish positive relationships and communication channels with internal teams.
- Travel up to 30% as required.
- BS or MS in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of work‑related experience in the high‑tech electronics industry in a system design role or technical customer support role.
- In‑depth knowledge of servers, storage systems, network devices, and other data center hardware.
- Capability to work in a constantly evolving environment while maintaining focus.
- Strong multitasking, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent time‑management and organization skills for coordinating multiple initiatives, priorities, and implementations of new technology and products into sophisticated projects.
- U.S. citizen.
- Experience with large‑scale rollouts of datacenter equipment.
- Networking knowledge – TCP/IP, RDMA, RoCE, NICs, Switches, etc.
- Embedded Linux system, APIs, and similar embedded OS knowledge.
- Experience working with OEMs in the industrial, military, and ruggedized computing space.
- Knowledge of HVAC and cooling systems for thermal management, power distribution, cabling, and rack layout; CPU architecture knowledge.
Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 132,000
USD–207,000
USD for Level3, and 160,000
USD–253,000
USD for Level
4. You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
