Janitorial Area Manager
This is a full-time 2nd shift position (3 pm-12 am) Monday through Friday with occasional weekend coverage.
Responsibilities- Managing the nightly operations in your area
- Quality control
- Budget management
- Supervise and develop employees
Successful candidates are those with commercial cleaning or related management experience who truly have a customer service mentality with an inner drive to lead people.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications- Proven record of industry experience in commercial cleaning or an equivalent
- Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
- Experience managing people
- Skill to work smart and hard
- Commitment to excellence
- Ability to treat every employee and customer with respect and dignity
- Ability to interact well with customers
- Management of budgets
- Appreciation and respect for the diverse cultures represented in our employees
Starting salary is $55,000 per year based on proven commercial cleaning experience as well as leadership and management experience. Area Managers are also eligible for significant monthly labor and performance bonuses.
