Janitorial Area Manager

This is a full-time 2nd shift position 3 pm - 12 am, Monday through Friday and occasional weekend coverage.

Successful candidates are those with commercial cleaning or related management experience who truly have a customer service mentality with an inner drive to lead people.

The ideal candidate must:

• Have a proven record of industry experience in commercial cleaning or an equivalent
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred)
• Be experienced in managing people
• Have the skill to work smart and hard
• Have a commitment to excellence
• Have an ability to treat every employee and customer with respect and dignity
• Manage budgets
• Have an appreciation and respect for the many cultures represented in our employees
• Have an ability to interact well with customers

Starting salary is $55,000 a year based on proven commercial cleaning experience as well as leadership and management experience. Area Managers also are eligible for significant monthly labor and performance bonuses.
