Fabrication Specialist

We are looking for a Fabrication Specialist to work full‑time at our Champlin, MN plant. The role involves mechanically assembling pipes, equipment, instruments, and valves, learning maintenance technician and millwright skills, and contributing to a diverse array of projects.

• Regular hours on First shift (Day shift)

• Mechanically assemble pipes, equipment, instruments, and valves to frame structures with fasteners ranging from 10‑32 to 1” diameter bolts and equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Glue PVC pipe assemblies ranging from ½” to 12” pipe diameter.
• Measure, cut, drill, and tap steel frames and PVC pipes.
• Cut & thread stainless steel pipe.
• Respect the project timeline.
• Ensure a good quality product by using your attention to detail.
• Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
• Respect and follow safety regulations.

• Three (3) years of related work experience.
• Ability to read technical plans.
• Personal tools are a plus, but not a must.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and be autonomous.
• Be organized, rigorous and meticulous.
• Have a positive and professional attitude towards your team and internal and external clients.

Base pay range: $25.00/hr – $27.00/hr
