Position OverviewAs a Production Lead, you won’t directly supervise employees—but you’ll be the go-to person for operators’ day-to-day questions and the go-to resource for the Supervisor to help keep production running smoothly. You’ll play a critical supporting role by guiding team members, troubleshooting issues, and making sure processes meet safety, quality, and performance expectations.
