Set up polishing equipment for various tube diameters, wall thicknesses, and customer specifications;
Inspect tubing throughout production using required measuring equipment and quality checks;
Monitor machine performance and adjust polishing heads, pressure, feeds, speeds, alignment, belts, and abrasives to meet surface finish and dimensional requirements;
Perform equipment changeovers and preventive maintenance; document production metrics;
Assist with training new operators and support continuous improvement initiatives
