What you’ll ownEnd-to-end equipment setup aligned to production specifications.
Calibration and verification to ensure the process meets standards.
Routine maintenance and hands-on troubleshooting to maximize uptime.
Close coordination with production to confirm requirements and timing.
Thorough documentation of setup steps and machine configurations.
On-the-job support to help new team members learn safe, effective procedures.
Continuous improvement ideas that elevate efficiency and reduce downtime.
Consistent housekeeping and strict adherence to safety practices.
What makes you successful here
High school diploma/equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus.
Experience in manufacturing or technical setup roles (preferred).Strong mechanical reasoning with a knack for solving problems quickly.
Comfort reading schematics, prints, and technical references.
Meticulous recordkeeping; works well independently.
Basic computer skills for logging and reporting tasks.
Effective communicator and team player.
