in Janesville,WI.Thisisahands-onleadershiprolefocusedonsafety,accountability,andhittingdailyproductiongoalsinafast-pacedmetalfabricationenvironment.
- Lead and develop paint and assembly production teams on the shop floor
- Setdailyproductiongoalsandholdteamsaccountable
- Ensure safety,quality,andefficiencystandardsaremet
- Bepresentonthefloor-removebarriersandsupportyourteam
- Coordinateacrossshiftstomaintainproductionflow
- Review timekeeping,approve PTO,andmanageattendance
- Support training,coaching,andprogressivedisciplinewhenneeded
- Drivecontinuousimprovementinweldingandfabricationoperations
- 6+yearsofproductionleadershipexperience
- Strongunderstandingofshopfloorproductionenvironments
- Abilitytoreadblueprintsandusebasicshoptools
- Experienceworkingwithoverheadcranes(preferred)
- Strongcommunicationandaccountabilitymindset
- Provenleadershipindrivingperformanceandculture
- Education:
High School Diplomaor GED required|Associateor Bachelor’sdegreepreferred
- 4-day workweek(Monday-Thur)
