CNC Operator​/Programmer

Our client in Beloit is seeking a talented CNC professional to join their growing team on 1st shift. Pay: $24.00 - $35.00/hour (based on experience and qualifications)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Occasional Saturdays based on workload. Overtime available and may be required.

Our client specializes in precision machining and tooling and is looking for an experienced CNC Operator/Programmer to program, set up, and operate CNC equipment while maintaining high quality standards and production efficiency.

• Program, set up, and operate multiple brands of CNC equipment
• Machine precision piece parts according to engineering prints and specifications
• Manage multiple tooling and machining projects simultaneously
• Perform in-process inspections to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain tooling, equipment, and organized work areas
• Troubleshoot machining and programming issues as needed

• Minimum of 5 years of CNC machining experience
• CNC programming experience required
• Proficiency with GibbsCAM or equivalent CAM software
• Strong understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)
• Experience with horizontal and vertical turning centers
• Lathe live tooling experience is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
