IQ Resource Group is seeking Extrusion Machine Operators for a growing company in Janesville. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and monitoring extrusion equipment to ensure high – quality production.

2nd Shift | Monday – Friday | 2:30pm-11:30pm
Pay: $19.00+ DOE
3rd Shift | Sunday – Thursday | 10:30pm-7:00am
Pay: $19.00+ DOE
- Operate and monitor extrusion machines to produce quality products
- Set up machines, adjust controls, and monitor speeds
- Load raw materials and ensure proper product flow
- Perform routine checks, basic troubleshooting, and adjustments.
- Complete production and quality documentation.
- Remove scrap and manage regrind or waste materials according to procedure.
- Perform routine machine cleaning and preventative maintenance.
- Ability to work with basic hand / power tools.
- Identify defect products and notify supervisor.
- Follow all safety procedures, lockout / tagout policies, and PPE requirements.
