Position Qualifications and

Experience:

Required:

Ability to read and interpret work instructions

Ability to use a computer

Ability to stand for entirety of shift

Ability to manipulate small parts with hands/fingers

Ability to lift/carry up to 10 lbs.

Preferred:

High school diploma

Assembly and/or production experience

Position

Duties and Responsibilities:

Completion of assigned task as directed by the Line Lead and per the work instructions or provided deviation.

Work to the stated rate listed on the job while being mindful of all quality standards.

Record all documentation requirements accurately.

Report all production issues to the Line Lead.

Adhere to all safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.

Support, promote and perform in a manner consistent with the continuous improvement goals established by the production unit.

Employees are expected to adhere to attendance policy, be able to work as a team, and exhibit a good attitude in support of all Quality Operating System (QOS) goals.

Employees are expected to provide effective and positive communication regarding production related issues to all team members, across all shifts.

Support, promote, and perform in a manner consistent with continuous improvement goals.
