Job Summary

Builds effective, service-focused relationships with stakeholders within dedicated Health Plan service lines. Embraces system thinking while focusing on regional needs. This Senior Marketing Specialist role will be focused on the launch and ongoing marketing for both new and existing Medicare Advantage products with joint venture partners.

This role works to create marketing plans independently and in collaboration with the Medicare Marketing Business Partner in Marketing.

Collaborates with all marketing disciplines for marketing plan recommendations and implementation.

Tracks and records marketing activities and results.

Integrates with their enterprise marketing peers to ensure consistent brand delivery. Manages costs within a predetermined budget. Participates in cross-functional teams for planning and team collaboration.

Works to build a strong marketing partner relationship with the joint venture organization.

Seeking candidate who lives within the Marshfield/Madison WI or Minneapolis, MN region who can travel to Marshfield, WI to be in office on a regular basis (min. monthly).

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, business or related field.

Minimum of three years experience in related position. Strong writing and communications skills required.
