• Utilize the nursing process and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members in caring for patients
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques, policies, and procedures
• Document patient care according to standards of care
• Develop, initiate, and execute a patient plan of care tailored to the individualized needs of the patient
• Participate in department or unit performance improvement activities
• Provide clinical expertise and guidance to other units/departments
• Utilize critical thinking to ensure patient safety and enhance patient experience
• Rotate scheduling between weekday and weekend shifts
• Must have a current WI License and CPR certification
