* Job Description:
** - Are you a passionate and experienced RN looking for an exciting opportunity in the Inpatient Acute Dialysis unit? - We invite you to join a collaborative team committed to providing exceptional patient care! - This is a full-time position offering 40 hours per week with a schedule that includes:
- Every other weekend - Rotating holidays - An average of 3-4 on-call days per month, plus one weekend per month

* Key Responsibilities:
** - Utilize the nursing process and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to care for patients.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments, ensuring adherence to nursing techniques, policies, and state laws.
- Document patient care according to established standards.
- Develop and execute individualized patient care plans, including patient and family instruction.
- Participate in department or unit performance improvement activities, including shared governance.
- Provide clinical expertise and guidance to other units/departments in support of patient care.
- Utilize critical thinking to enhance patient safety and experience, escalating concerns as needed.

* Minimum Qualification:
** - Less than 1 year of experience as an RN - Current Wisconsin RN License - BLS and ACLS certifications required prior to start
