Advanced Practice Provider - APP - Cardiology

Position

SSM Health Dean Medical Group is actively recruiting a full-time (1.0 FTE) Cardiology Advanced Practitioner (PA/NP). This collegial, hard‑working group of physicians and advanced practitioners provides interventional, non‑interventional, and electrophysiology services. The Cardiology Division is well recognized among their peers for outstanding quality data, excellence in care, and service to patients throughout our 18‑county service area.

• Master's degree in Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Post‑Education 60; experience in cardiology or related internal medicine areas.
• Wisconsin registered nurse license and advanced practice nurse licensure or certified physician assistant

• Join a collegial, hard‑working group of 16 physicians and 14 advanced practitioners
• The new provider will work in the Congestive Heart Failure (CHF) clinic, located at the SSM Health Outpatient Center
• Outpatient‑focused clinic‑based practice, including new and established patient visits
• Anticipated hours are Monday‑Friday 8 am‑5 pm
• No call or weekends
• The practice is conveniently based on the campus of SSM Health St. Mary's Hospital
