About the OpportunityAs the Inpatient Services Nurse Manager, you will oversee and guide a comprehensive inpatient service line including Medical‑Surgical, Pediatrics, ICU, and Intermediate Care

You will partner closely with the Director of Inpatient & Education Services to shape best practices, advance shared governance, and support strategic initiatives that improve care delivery and community health.

- Provide operational and strategic leadership for Medical‑Surgical, Pediatrics, ICU, and IMC departments.
- Oversee fiscal management, quality metrics, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Support and advance shared governance within the nursing team.
- Foster strong provider relationships and ensure a positive, empowering work environment.
- Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism, communication excellence, and collaborative decision‑making.
- Maintain and elevate patient experience within the inpatient service line.
- Average daily census: ~20 patients
- BSN required
- RN license in Wisconsin
- 5+ years RN experience
, preferably in inpatient services - 2+ years of management or program leadership experience
, ideally in inpatient care - BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and teaching skills
- Ability to lead calmly and professionally in a fast‑paced 24/7 environment
- Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare, Education, or related field
- Previous inpatient service line or hospital nursing leadership experience
