About the PositionTravel Nurse Source is working with United Health Care Staffing, Inc. to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Janesville, Wisconsin, 53545.
Job Responsibilities- Provide patient care using the nursing process
- Administer medications and treatments per protocols
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Ensure patient safety and elevate concerns appropriately
- Educate patients and families
- Active Wisconsin RN License
- Certifications:
- BLS/BCLS
- NIHSS
- Minimum experience:
