Schedule:
Nights (6:30 PM - 7:00 AM) Every other weekend and holiday required
Assignment Details:

Requirements:
- Current WI Nursing License
- CPR/BLS Certification
- NIHSS Certification
- Education verification required
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Utilize the nursing process and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members in patient care.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments following nursing techniques, policies, and state laws.
- Document patient care according to established standards.
- Develop and execute individualized patient care plans as prescribed.
- Participate in department or unit performance improvement activities.
- Provide clinical expertise and guidance to support patient-centered care.
Compliance / Notes:
May be required to float to other units.
