Roles & Responsibilities:
- Utilize the nursing process and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to care for patients.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments following approved nursing techniques and procedures.
- Document care according to established standards.
- Develop and implement patient care plans according to individual patient needs.
- Participate in performance improvement activities.
- Provide critical thinking and advocacy for patient safety and experience.
Compliance / Notes:
- May be asked to float to other inpatient units due to census.
- Background checks and drug screens may be required.
