Schedule:

0.9 FTE day shift , every third weekend and holiday rotation

Requirements:

• Current WI License
• CPR Certification
• Education verification
• Experience in Skilled Nursing

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to care for patients.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments following approved nursing techniques and procedures.
• Document care according to established standards.
• Develop and implement patient care plans according to individual patient needs.
• Participate in performance improvement activities.
• Provide critical thinking and advocacy for patient safety and experience.

Compliance / Notes:

• May be asked to float to other inpatient units due to census.
• Background checks and drug screens may be required.
