Current WI License NIHSS certification CPR/BLS certification Vaccinated for Flu Education verification required
Roles & Responsibilities:
Utilize the nursing process and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members in caring for patients. Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques, policies, and procedures, as well as state laws. Document nursing care according to established standards. Develop, initiate, and execute individualized patient care plans according to physician orders and hospital policy. Participate in department or unit performance improvement activities.
Provide clinical expertise and guidance to support the patient's longitudinal plan of care. Employ critical thinking regarding patient safety and escalate issues appropriately.
