Weekend Night Shift OB Registered Nurse | Wisconsin Weekend

Base Pay: Starting at $37.89/hr (based on experience)

We are seeking an Obstetrics Registered Nurse (OB RN) to provide comprehensive nursing care for maternal and newborn patients in a critical access hospital setting. This position is responsible for patient assessment, labor and delivery support, postpartum care, newborn care, patient education, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary healthcare team.

• Provide individualized care for maternal and newborn patients
• Assess, monitor, and respond to changes in patient conditions
• Manage labor progression, induction of labor, and cervical ripening
• Perform fetal heart monitoring and neonatal assessments
• Recognize and respond to obstetric and neonatal emergencies
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Educate patients and families regarding care plans and discharge instructions
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Float to other nursing departments as needed based on facility needs

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required
• Current Wisconsin RN license
• BLS certification within 3 months of hire
• ACLS certification within 1 year of hire
• NRP certification within 6 months of hire
• Electronic Fetal Monitoring Certification within 2 years of hire
